Anything man made that can/once flew. Flying has always fascinated me. My very first desire for "what I wanted to be when I grew up" was to be a pilot in the RAF. My hopes were dashed when at the age of 7 I found that I needed glasses.... less than 20/20 vision disbars you.
One day this set will split into lighter & heavier than air sets.

Statue of the Fallen Angel, Retiro Park (Madrid, Spain)

The Fallen Angel is "the only statue in the world dedicated to the devil and it's located in the heart of the Retiro Park, Madrid, Spain. The Fallen Angel was erected in 1874 under the initiative of Duke Fernán Núñez and sculpted by the Madrilenian sculptor Ricardo Bellver.
The protests from his contemporary Madrilenians, who were scandalized by the idea of a monument being erected to Satan, felt on deaf ears and the daring Duke donated the sum of 11,000 Duros (some 830 €) to carry out the project. The maneuvers from the most obstinated sectors to abort the project were useless. Only a few months later, on 23rd October, the statue of the Fallen Angel was inaugurated"
